It’s time to master the art of heart in life and leadership.

Over the last eight months, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Life Coach extraordinaire, Deb Crowe. Deb is the perfect combination of personal and professional when looking for a Life Coach; she approaches clients from a heightened level of awareness and radiates an irresistible level positivity energy. She walks the walk and talks the talk, folks! Her carefully crafted life coaching program is highly individualized and flexible to meet people where they are in their personal and/ or professional life.

Her curriculum is profoundly enlightening and aligns exceptionally well with The Habit Finder tool. Clients of Deb can expect to engage in a mixture of one-to-one coaching sessions, weekly readings, and self-growth activities that are equal parts challenging and oh-so-rewarding. Her approach to life coaching is highly participatory, so be ready to put in the work and see the results flood out! What separates Debs from most Life Coaches is her 20+ years of experience as a disability case manager. Her extensive knowledge of the body and empathetic understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by those with disabilities is truly unmatched.

I can honestly say that Deb is the first and only professional I have worked with who genuinely sees me for me and understands my lifestyle as a spinal cord injury survivor (and not merely a wheelchair-user). I never once had to explain or educate Deb; it was as though she had already lived a lifetime of spinal cord injury herself, and I cannot put into words how refreshing that was for me. Under Deb’s guidance, I have uncovered a clear sense of direction in life, such that I know where I am going, and I know why I am going there. I have also developed the necessary tools and mindset to proactively work toward the next right thing for the next right reason, especially as I strive to create the most I can with what has been given to me.

Thank you, Deb, for providing me with a safe and professional space to talk openly about my spinal cord injury and subsequent life experiences. Thank you for teaching me how to engrave this formidable trauma on my heart and for revealing how it has uniquely prepared me to create value in the lives of others. My metaphorical backpack of tools is incredibly invaluable to me and life-long. If you are looking for a Life Coach capable of transforming your thoughts, actions, and leadership capabilities, Deb is the real deal. 10/10 recommend!
